Just for you, Cameron...
Last night Corbin gave us quite a scare. Melinda let him lick some orange juice and he had a terrible allergic reaction. He got hives and had asthma, although it only lasted a short while, we decided that Corbin will only be eating the blandest of foods for the next long while.
Today Melinda went into the library and worked on her thesis all day, leaving me home alone with nothing to do. So eventually I got bored enough to organize our "important documents" file and sort out all of our financial statements by year! How fun!! After today, working my 12 hour days isn't looking so bad anymore.

An Eventful Day
It was basically the first time Corbin spent an extended period of time outside in the bright sun (it was HOT down there), so he got lathered up with sunscreen by his overprotective, paranoid mother. Oh well.
We came home, went shopping for a present, played a game with Jenna, Jake and Ashley, and watched Spiderman in preparation for Friday, May 4, when number 3 comes out! (We are going to the 4:15 showing if anyone in Cedar wants to come, you can buy tickets on the Internet.)
Then tonight Harmony and I went to Lindsey's bridal shower, which was quite fun. Afterwards Harmony, Derek, Caleb and I played Eye Toy on Playstation for awhile. (Which really is a great game!) And then headed home for the night, because we have turned into boring old married people that actually go to bed at 10:30 on a Saturday night, so good night all!
...7 days.

Yay for Caleb, Again!
Also last night we played Settlers of Catan with Jenna and I beat Caleb!! (He says I am highly competitive, but I think posting my victory on the Web for the whole world to see, disproves that!)
As Corbin is getting older, his hair is getting longer. This isn't the best picture, but you can see we tried to style it, but it might still be a little short for that we discovered. And while his hair is growing in, mine is falling out, I heard you lost some of your hair after having a baby, but this is ridiculous! Oh well, he was worth it.

Oh Well
Here is our video clip of the day. I think it will only work today since it just automatically plays the current weeks preview when you load the page, so I guess it is also our plug for the best comedy out there, http://www.nbc.com/The_Office/.
Just 9 days remaining.

Congrats to Corbin
Also here are some of his cute Easter pictures:
Corbin with his Dad in his cute Easter outfit from his Grandma and Grandpa Lloyd (he doesn't so much love the hat, so it only lasted on his head long enough to take a quick picture and then he was done with that).
Here is Corbin with his Easter basket. He really had no clue what was going on, but was excited to play with his new toys. He also got some much needed new pajamas, since he couldn't straighten his legs out in the old ones anymore. And some baby rice cereal with little spoons. We tried to feed him his first serving of cereal that morning, but needless to say, things didn't go so well. As soon as it hit his tongue he made the most disgusted look, eventually swallowed it and then started crying. We pretty much discovered he hated it and decided we will try again in a few weeks.

Congrats to Caleb
In our search for the best and brightest students being turned out by the state’s business schools, we went straight to the top. We asked the deans from the colleges of business at seven schools with traditional bachelors and masters programs whom they would recommend as their top achievers. After consulting with faculty and other administrators, each dean came back with these enthusiastic recommendations. We are pleased to present the 2007 Outstanding Gradutates.
We caught up with these students, breaking them away from their often busy schedules, to dig a little deeper and find out how they excel personally and professionally. In the following pages you’ll find examples of the high caliber of students being trained on campuses from Cedar City to Logan...
Caleb Miller
MACC
Spring 2007
Southern Utah University
Small classes and a solid accounting program were the major draws for Caleb Miller in choosing to attend Southern Utah University. Like many local students, Miller says he was already comfortable in the community and knew SUU would provide the attention he wanted as he pursued his degrees. Now ready to graduate with his master’s in accounting, Miller said he has been most impressed with the attention he received from his instructors and the job placement rate within the accounting program.
“It says a lot about the professors’ ability to teach the students what they need to know, and that shows that the employers are happy with what they get because they keep coming back,” Miller says.
Having accepted a position with the Salt Lake firm Tanner LC, Miller plans to now use his experience in student government—as business senator, academic vice president and controller—and as a assistant controller at The Leavitt Group to excel in the accounting world. A new father, Miller was offered positions with three other firms, but he says he chose Tanner because of its reputation for having strong ethics and family values.
GPA: 3.95
Dream Job: CFO for a large corporation
Most Proud Moment: Being a father to his first son, Corbin.

Here We Are!
Here we are with Corbin @ his first soccer game
To start us out, Corbin is already 4 1/2 months old, although, you may think 7 or 8 months just by looking at his gigantic size. He can: roll over, smile, make noises and thats about it.
Caleb is working hard at his 5 part time jobs and going to school to get his Master's in Accountancy degree finished.
Melinda is working and going to school, taking care of The Bean (Corbin) and counting down the days until she is DONE with her Master's of Comm. Program.
We will be moving to Salt Lake City in May at which point Caleb will be starting his new job at Tanner LC.
Thats us in a nutshell.
Check back every once in a random while to see what we're up to. Feel free to leave us comments!
