Sethers

Seth had a two week check up on Thursday and for journaling purposes he weighed in at 9 pounds, 3 ounces and was 23 inches long. In other words he is growing like a weed.

During the times he is awake, he seems very alert and attentive for a newborn. His eyes are always opened really wide and he seems to be taking in everything around him.

He is an excellent little baby, hardly ever cries unless he needs something. He hates pacifiers with a vengeance (much to sister's dismay, as she is almost constantly trying to force one into his mouth... which may have something to do with not liking them... hmmm).



Our only complaint would have to be that he thinks he doesn't have to go to bed until around midnight or one o'clock in the morning. Once he does go to sleep he is a good little sleeper, I can get him to stay in bed for almost 9 hours, only getting up to nurse him for about 15 minutes once or twice during the night, so he lets me get plenty of sleep... if only we could move his bedtime up a couple of hours so that he coincides with Corbin and Makelle's sleep time a little better. Oh well, all in good time.

He is such a little sweetheart and we love him so much!
